Agency Page Redesign

Allianz is one of Europe’s largest insurance providers. This project focused on redesigning microsites used by their local agencies in France.

The problem :

Although 88% of traffic to these pages came through SEO, only 4% of Allianz leads originated from them. Meaning, there was strong interest, but the pages had very low conversion. The layout wasn’t mobile-first, key information was hard to access, and the design lacked accessibility and clarity. Forms were confusing, and agents lacked customisation features for their specialties and team.

The goal was to turn these static, outdated pages into high performing lead-generating tools, while keeping them flexible, accessible, intuitive and easy for both the users and the Allianz agents.

The solution :

Ran a full UX/UI revamp, broken down into structured phases :

  • Conducted user interviews with clients, prospects, and agents to understand pain points
  • Ran UX audits and competitor benchmarks
  • UX --- created wireframes, defined new user journeys and better hierarchy
  • UI --- created a clean, modern interface, figma prototypes with interactions and ccessibility-compliant layouts.
  • User testing --- Usability tests with 6 agents, clients and prospects
  • Intergration support --- editable guidelines so each agent could personalize their page with ease and ongoing collaboration with the implementation team.

Designed for Numberly, a digital agency based in Paris, France. I led the UI & UX design while collaborating with a wider team of talented colleagues who contributed to user research, UX strategy, copywriting, and testing.
